Our Cave House
Petra Kouzina is a unique concept that was born after we moved to Santorini for a lifestyle change. We decided to create a new experience in hospitality and entertainment, one that involved us and our home and where we empowered our guests to know the culture through a local culinary adventure. The restoration of a traditional cave house was the start point for this magic journey.
The traditional architecture of Santorini is cave houses, which use to protect habitants from strong winds and earthquakes and now are used as a main attraction for tourism in hotels, restaurants and many others.
Petra Kouzina is built in a traditional Cave House from 1920 that was restored to create the perfect environment to receive guests and host them during this unique cooking experience.
The original construction of the property has been kept, adding a clean, modern yet cozy look that will definitely delight every guest and will make them feel like a local in their own home.
